Mäntyranta Villat's three lakeside villas are located in Padasjoki, in the Päijät-Häme region of Finland. Villa Paapuuri and Villa Tyyrpuuri are situated on the shores of Lake Päijänne, while Villa Paulus is set by the peaceful Lake Särsjärvi.
Padasjoki is easy to reach from the Helsinki metropolitan area, Lahti and Tampere, making the villas a convenient destination for a weekend break, a longer holiday or a corporate day away.

- From the Helsinki metropolitan area: just under 2 hours by car, approx. 160 km.
- From Tampere: approx. 1.5 hours by car, approx. 100 km.
- From Lahti: less than 1 hour by car, approx. 55 km.
- From Jyväskylä: just over 1.5 hours by car, approx. 120 km.
