Welcome to Villa Tyyrpuuri – a spacious lakeside villa in Padasjoki. Located on the shores of Lake Päijänne, the villa offers a peaceful setting for holidays and time together for families, groups of friends and corporate groups. The services of Padasjoki are only a few kilometres away.

The 156 m² two-storey villa has three bedrooms, a downstairs sleeping alcove and spacious living areas for up to 10 guests. The large open-plan living room and kitchen, together with the downstairs fireplace lounge, provide plenty of room to spend time together. The 85" LED TV upstairs is ideal for movie nights, gaming and presentations for corporate groups. The villa is built from high-quality Finnlamelli laminated logs.

Time together around the dining table

At the heart of the villa is a custom-made solid oak dining table for 12 guests. It provides plenty of space for shared dinners, game nights and meetings for corporate groups.

Sauna and private shore on Lake Päijänne

From the spacious sauna area, you can step directly onto the terrace and down to the shore and jetty. In summer, Lake Päijänne is perfect for swimming and boating, while winter swimming can be arranged separately depending on conditions.

There are two jetties by the shore, one of which is suitable for arriving by boat. The shoreline also includes a shallow area suitable for children. Guests also have access to a rowing boat, life jackets and a fire pit in the grounds.

Outdoor hot tub with lake views

Services and activities nearby

Local services in Padasjoki, including an S-market grocery store, pharmacy, service station and Alko, are around 3 kilometres away. Catering can also be arranged if required.

Nearby activities include disc golf, hiking and padel. In winter, cross-country skiing may be available depending on snow and ice conditions. The Evo hiking area is around a 30-minute drive away.

EV charging  

As a guest at Villa Tyyrpuuri, you have access to EV charging close to the villa. Mäntyranta Villat's 11 kW Type 2 charging station is located along Kiuasniementie, only a few dozen metres from the property.

Charging is started through the eParking app, which is also used to pay for the electricity consumed. The charging station is shared by Villa Tyyrpuuri and Villa Paapuuri. Other simultaneous electricity use on the property may occasionally limit the maximum charging power.

Villa Tyyrpuuri is intended for high-quality holidays, time together and corporate group stays. We do not rent the villa for party use.
